You have the right to return or exchange products purchased on our website under certain conditions.

If your product has any issues, please contact feicewatch@hotmail.com. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the product yourself or use any unauthorized maintenance services. We need our customers to provide the following information:

  2. Photos and videos of the product issue

Return Policy

If you received a flawless item and wish to return it:

  • Timeframe: Within 30 days of purchase
  • Condition: The product(s) must be unused and in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers intact. It should be in the same new condition as when it was received.

Please contact our customer service within 30 days of purchase if you wish to return the item. You will need to send back the item with the original packaging as instructed. We will process your refund using your original payment method after receiving and inspecting the returned package. The buyer is responsible for shipping and customs clearance fees. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product within 3 days of receiving it and wish to exchange it:

We accept exchanges, and transportation costs, including customs and other taxes, are borne by the customer. When exchanging the product, our customer service will provide a detailed list of required fees. All fees are transparent, with no hidden charges.

Product Quality Issues Warranty

If there are any product quality issues, you are entitled to a free return, exchange for a new product, or repair within 30 days of the order date. Feice Watch will cover all return charges.
