Warranty Policy

FEICE Watch guarantees that our products are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If your watch exhibits a defect under normal use, FEICE Watch will, at its discretion, regulate, adjust, repair, or replace the movement as necessary within a reasonable time after the watch is returned during the warranty period. If repair is not possible or economical, we will provide a replacement with the same or an equivalent model at our discretion. Return shipping costs are covered by FEICE Watch.

What the 2-Year Warranty Does Not Cover

(a) Damage, accidental or otherwise, to the watch while in the consumer's possession not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.
(b) Damage caused by accident, misuse, tampering, or failure to follow the care and special handling provisions in the instructions.
(c) Damage and/or scratches to the finish of the case, mirror, bracelet, strap, or other components caused by wear or accident.
(d) Moisture damage to a watch not marked 'water resistant' on the case back or damage from moisture in 'water resistant' models resulting from opening the watch, or due to broken or damaged components.
(e) Damage caused by the consumer’s failure to have the watch serviced at the consumer’s expense in accordance with the recommended maintenance schedule.
(f) Damage caused by unauthorized persons (e.g., for battery replacement, movement, services, or repairs) or if the watch has been altered beyond FEICE Watch’s control.

The warranty is void if the serial numbers, product date codes, or other tracking marks have been removed, altered, or obliterated.

Requesting Warranty Service and Other Repairs

To make a warranty claim, please contact us at service@feicewatch.com with proof of purchase and pictures of the watch. Include a copy of the invoice or other proof of purchase showing the date of purchase. We will provide you with the address to which you can send or take the product for service.
