SHIPPING 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number. If it has been more than two business days since you placed your order and you still have not received a tracking number, please email us at [email protected] and we will gladly assist you.

Why is my tracking number invalid?

The tracking information normally appears after 2-3 business days following dispatch. If a tracking number is not searchable after this period of time, there are several possible causes. 

The shipping companies have not updated the delivery information on the website with the most up-to-date status; the tracking code for the package is incorrect; the parcel has been delivered a long time ago and the information has expired; some shipping companies will remove the tracking code history.

We would advise you to contact our dedicated Customer Service Department and provide them with your order number. We will contact the shipping company on your behalf, and you will be updated once there is any further information.

When will my order ship?

If you have purchased Monday - Friday before 9 am PST, your order will ship out that day. If you purchase after 9 am PST we cannot guarantee same day shipping. Lastly, if you purchase during the weekend or a holiday we will be shipping out your order the next business day.

Are Feice watches water resistant?

Indeed, every watch we sell features at least a 3ATM level of water resistance. Feel free to wash your hands or come in contact with small amounts of water (splash proof).

What is fluorine rubber？

It is of better quality than the silicone strap, and the fluoro rubber is also relatively soft, very skin-friendly, and will not get dusty. The fluorine rubber strap is comfortable in the hand.

What is the reason that my Automatic Watch Has Stopped Working?

For a self-winding watch to function properly the mainspring must build up a sufficient power reserve. Many people are unaware that a self-winding watch needs to be wound first manually before it will run automatically. This is called the initiation process and without this, your timepiece will never operate properly or consistently.

To initiate the watch turn the winding crown at the 3 o'clock position in a clockwise direction for about 20 revolutions. This start up wind is usually sufficient for most automatic watches. Please note that the crown must remain fully inserted whilst rotating.

After the initiation process has been completed the watch will wind itself automatically by means of an oscillation weight that moves every time the watch's position is changed. A self-winding watch should be worn for at least eight hours a day to maximize the power reserve. If this isn't possible, or if the watch has not been worn for more than 10 hours, the initiation process must be repeated.
