Order Processing Time

We will process your order within 24 hours after receiving payment. If you place the order on weekends or Chinese holidays, your order will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

We will ship your order within 3-5 working days after we receive the payment. Shipping time varies according to different countries and regions. It normally takes 13-15 working days to deliver to US and European countries. Shipping time may be extended due to COVID-19 in current global situation, please expect shipping delay due to high volume of orders in holiday seasons. If you do not receive your order after 1 month from the date of shipping, kindly contact us.

Please note that we can not ship packages to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses.

Track your order

A shipping notice with a tracking number will be sent to your email once your order ships.
